Parenting Class Description: Join me for a 6 week journey to learn more about your teens and yourself, moving towards a more peaceful and co-operative home.
Discover ways to be kind AND firm, build emotional honesty, work through conflict and encourage resilience. This course is suitable for those with young people aged roughly 11 - 16. By coming together in community with other families, we get to share our experience, learn from others and contribute to the group.
We will also get to have a laugh, recognise it´s 'not just me' and get some super useful and practical tools to navigate daily life :) This is a live, interactive course. Please be in a quiet space where you feel free to talk and interact. A desktop / laptop is best for full interaction. Mobile devices do work but you can't see everyone in the room.

Recommended reading: Brainstorm by Dr. Dan Siegel.
